The quenching and tempering furnace mainly consists of a thermal storage combustion system, a flue gas recovery system, an automatic feeding device, a pressure roller rapid discharge device, an infrared temperature measurement device, and a control console. By matching different sensors, it is possible to achieve heating, heating temperature, radial and axial temperature difference process requirements for anchor chain steel, as well as insulation materials, and automatically record the temperature of each bar material.
